How we do it...

Make contact

Give me a call and let me know what it is that you wanting to achieve. For example, your main aim may be privacy or it could be you are decorating a single room or a whole house. You might be wanting outside awnings, no job is too big or small.

Discuss Solutions

We will ask you what type of treatments you are looking for whether it be curtains or blinds. We will want to know if you have a colour choice, or if you prefer patterns or plains etc. We will also need to know how many windows we will be measuring and what rooms they are.

In home consult

We will bring a range of fabrics or blinds to you, so you can see how they will complement your paint colour and decor. We will talk design and style options that will compliment your home or office. I can source most fabrics that are available. Once the fabrics and products have been decided on, we will then measure.

Quote emailed in 48 hours

We will email your no obligation free quote to you as soon as possible. This will include all of your selections together with installation and delivery timing. Your quote will be valid for 30 days. Once you decide to go ahead, we will require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before your curtains or blind will be manufactured.

Final measurement

Once your deposit is paid either myself or an installer will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to make an appointment to do the final check measure, before your soft furnishings go into production.

Install & enjoy

Your curtains and blinds will arrive within 6-8 weeks, shutters usually take approximately 10-12 weeks. Providing we have no delays. When we have confirmation that your goods are ready to be delivered to us, we will then contact you again to make a suitable time to come and install your new curtains or blinds.
